Can you believe I went to Mass? Yes I went to an actual church! To attend Mass on a Friday evening and not to confess all my sins but to attend a party full of porn stars and other porno/ blue movie/ skin flick producers in a nightclub venue inside a real church!
How things have changed. This event was organized by Jerry Barnett and Strictly Broadband who must have a sense of irony to organize such an event in Brixton of all places. Normally this would have been a BGAFD fan forum affair which I have attended over the years but this time it was a much bigger and more attended commercial affair with profits going to Cancer Research (Now who said us porno lot don't care eh?)
The event was attended by a lot of well known faces that are familiar to me, Michelle Thorne and her fella Jay, Isabelle Ice, Keni, Sensi, Teoni, Crystel Lei, Lala, my ol buddy Jay Kay at Real Punting (he shags escorts) Amber Leigh, Lolly Badcock, Sandie, Marino, Pascal...sod it just go to this link on BGAFD if you really want a full list of who was there . Oh yeah and my missus Faye Rampton (cant forget the missus!). Not difficult to be distracted with the likes of Lacie Maguire and Katie K and Ashley Ryder, Scotland's newest adult star. William Wallace would be proud! And so he should. She is right fit.
I had a blazingly good time just chatting to everybody I knew including meeting some fans of my work over the years. The audience were entertained by stage shows of pole dancing and a live show that was filmed by Jessica Loveitt.
As you would normally expect with the adult industry things do get lively as I heard somebody got shagged in the toilets (no names mentioned but they beat a hasty retreat to get some o' that good lovin somewhere more comfortable). Faye put on an impromptu show with Wendy Taylor...the usual sort of things that adult stars do when letting their hair down to unwind then.
All in all it was a very good and well organized event. In true Brixton tradition a big fat big up to Jerry and Strictly Broadband for doing this and most of all inviting me. I hope to be going to the next one soon. Where da party at!?
